Here were some videos and pic instructions I found when I thought that filleting catfish should be easier than having to peal it first. Here are some of the links but I will re-post along with recipes when I find out the best place to put them. Filleting without pealing first. go to this site for all about fish filetting: http://www.nobonesaboutit.com/ there are some videos there for all to see, some more on the DVD's I can recommend the DVD's, the descaling tool and the filleting knife well worth the investment Frank |
