Well don't worry, here is just what you can do with them.

They may be smaller than what you had hoped for but a whole deep fried fish is really quite something. You can google thai style fish and you might be surprised. I have done it with barramundi before and the taste is amazing. Ideal for the lazy fisherperson, just scoop from the tank (ike jime- pierce the brain), pat dry, score the sides and drop in to the deep fryer around 180degrees from memory for around 12 minutes. No skinning, scaling, purging. or gutting. I know you can't believe it can you. I dare you to give it a go.
