Cheezy Crawfish and Meat Dip
2 lbs crawfish tails, 1.5 lbs ground pork, 1.5 lbs of ground beef, 2 bunches of green onions, One 2 lb block of velveeta cheese, 1 can of cheddar cheese soup, 1 24 oz bottle of Picante sauce (hot), Dash of worcestershire sauce. Seasoning salt
Season meat meat and Brown with onion bottoms. In a separate pot, combine soup, picante sauce, chopped onion tops, worcestershire sauce, and a little water. Bring to a boil and add cheese, When cheese is melted add meat and crawfish tails and simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes stirring frequently. Serve warm with a scoop type corn chips. Really good, rich and filling. Its a dip that eats like a meal!

Yes!!! Those things are huge! A coonass friend of mine brought in some "Imported Giant Mexican crawfish" for a boil, Turns out they were Red Claw and I'm fairly certain he would have been in a heap of trouble had he been caught with them! But several of those downunder variety crawfish are much larger than the Red Swamp crawfish we have here and for the dish the pieces would have to be cut into pieces small enough for dipping.
