Hi All New to aquaponics altough iv kept koi all my life so i get the principles....never kept trout before, but introduced 20 this week....all seems to be well, fish are active and lookin healthy....sure i will have questions for you all in the not to distant future! cheers Matt |

How you going Matt, are they mixed together the trout and the Koi? I'd be interested to see how they go mixed..

No the trout are in my aquaponics system, koi are in the pond....at the moment with uv and bio filters, but i am thinking of turning that system into an AP sytem too! |

G'day Rags welcome i have done just that my Koi pond is now cleener than i'v ever seen it since changing the filter system to Aquaponics filter i say go for it |

Hi Red Beard Do you still run UV treatment on you koi pond or just the AP system? Would there be any benifit to running UV treatment aswell as AP system? |
