Hey ya'll! I'll have to admit, after several months of trolling the forums, I decided now would be the best time to hop on board. Currently I live with my fiancée in a fairly small 1-bedroom apartment. However, that small bedroom has a par of windows that are just absolutely gorgeous and huge and let a whole bunch of light into the bedroom. For the past several months (I dunno, 8? 9?) I've been planning to turn it into a windowfarm of some sort. It seems only recently did I come into posession of enough funds with which to make that dream a reality. SO here I am, hoping my addiction won't leave me too far gone. Already 'the boy' is voicing his concerns... ;D

Why thank you, thank you. I just found out another reason why this place is so awesome...it's the ONLY (thus far, anyway) forum website that I can access at work! Not that I'm procrastinating or anything...

Welcome - some find the sound of water splashing annoying. Personally, I would love to have a system in my bedroom. I find the sounds very soothing. Looking forward to pictures!

I actually grew up with the ocean in my ear at night. It's very very relaxing and currently, going without it has deprived me of sleep a few times. I used to live in a little port town called Port Isabel (I'm sure you've heard of South Padre Island, Deja ;) ) so I might have some decent pictures of some of the fishies I've caught! Somewhere, anyway. And yes, lots of pictures soon to come! :D
