My name is Frank. I live in Cairns North Qld.
A wile ago I discovered Aquaponics on the
internet. It is very interesting.
Hope to start AP next year. Learning a lot
reading the forum but have a lot of questions
before I setup a system.

We got off pretty lightly compared to those around the Tully area. Had power back within a few days. Just a big mess to clean up. Most of Innisfail has been strongly rebuilt after Cyclone Larry in 2006 so most of our buildings stood up pretty well. But certainly don't want to go through one of these every year. Yasi also encouraged me to get the aquaponics up and running as food supplies in this part of OZ get scarce whenever we have floods and cyclones.

much tree damage? we lost about 1/3 of our trees
