welcome fellow buckeye.. i was thinking of raising rabbits, but got sidetracked by aquaponics!
can't see your gallery from my work network, but will check it out later..

what kind of fish are you using?
i just put minnows in my tank on sunday, and may have crayfish tomorrow, in a week or two when i start getting some action on my water tests, i'll be adding hopefully perch, but maybe bluegill

I changed my photos to Flickr so hope this works.
I started with some nice bluegill I caught from my dad's pond, but i killed them the first night. The hose i was pumping water in with fell into the tub, so the next day I purchased some feeder goldfish. I have some crawdads also.

Sooo many different systems, good to see the variety out there. Is the small box on top a biofilter?

Welcome as well! I'm up in Toledo area, so we've a few Buckeyes on the forum. We had lots (100) of small goldfish in our tank without much problem. For a starter, though, I'd recommend ten or so. Has your system cycled yet?

yes my system has cycled , had some shock on transplanting lettucebut it is coming out of it, i think i got in too big of a hurry

( excited to get started ) but things are starting to grow. I am building a tube and gutter system now for tomatoes and such for our needs.

The blue tote is more of a clarifing tank , the bio filter is in the 4 ' pvc pipe, both beds feed back into it now
