Gidday from Kambalda WA, I have just set up my first system, in a small unused area of the backyard. It is an 800 litre IBC with 2 IBC tops as grow beds which is a simple flood and drain. It has been cycling now for about a month, and introduced goldfish 2 weeks ago. Added seeds and seedlings about the same time. All seems to be good . The PH is high as the tap water here is 8 but from everything I have read on your forum tells me not to worry as it will come down. Amm 0 Nitrite 1 and Nitrate 5. I have almost finished my second system which will be CHIFT PIST 1000 Lt FT, 600 Lt ST with 2 grow beds also. I will be coming to Perth on the Anzac weekend to pickup Trout and supplies from BYAP, so will say gidday then.

Looking cool.

The area for the blue tarp looks like it needs a sign "Men pi@#@$g" :bootyshake:
