The farm is in North Florida corner of Interstate 75 and Interstate 10 directly 8 miles west of Lake City N Florida.

The farm is currently set up for hydroponics I m planning out the first Aquaponic Raft system. it will be built around the UVI system except I plan to use a large 4,000 gal tank with 4 compartments and a mesh caged bottom so the fish don't populate I have many Nft trays for small plants like lettuce or herbs, and there is a greenhouse next to the raft system that I am hoping to also operate the small NFT trays off another 2,000 gals. there are 10 greenhouses that have the large NFT channels that were growing Tomatoes or any vine plant that requires support from above. My goal is to have a working example of commercial Aquaponics that is fully functional so It can be an example of Community supported Agriculture (CSA) and be a teaching Institute for people wanting to provide food for themselves, family, neighborhood, a village or community. It will also be used as an agri-touriusm facility to build awareness for Aquaponics and other sustainable practices.thanks for your comments.Visitors welcome Thanks Randy

Looks promising, plenty of room for grow beds and fish tanks.

Wow, Looks really nice...except for the first photo. Lot of potential. It would be your ex partners loss and poetic justice you turn it around with AP. I will be halfway there all this week, wish I could finish the trip but precommited to my girls.

Thanks everyone the first photo is from the rear of the Institute looking at the 2 oldest green houses and the bathrooms and storage buildings. they look worse than they are. I will be putting them in production first because the other 12 greenhouses are set up with NFT grow tubes to produce Vine plants that require support from above like tomatoes or cukes.
these two single greenhouses are smaller 25 X 100 and will act as Research and Development any comments or Ideas are welcomed thanks everyone Peace RP

Good day WRancher!
What's the pipe running above & between the NFTs in the 'nfttypical' pic? Supply line? (it looks like galvanized)
And how many NFT pairs are in the 10 NFt greenhouses?

I do have ideas and design suggestions brewing. Firstly I want to loan you my 20yo son for a couple of seasons.

Looks like elect conduit, that would be an odd place to run it....with the water and all (?)

I 'loaned' mine to the Marines for a few years.... :D

I was looking at the pile of blocks...... I'd be dry stacking a couple high, adding some liner, and making some duckweed pond(s)....
