Hi people, thanks for all this amazing info.

I live in the Adelaide hills in South Australia.

Ive just set up my first fish tank and garden bed. One of each in halves of a blue barrel.
(inspired by Valley View Secondary School's display at the local hardware - thanks Malcolm and students)

AND I JUST GOT IT TO AUTOSYPHON!!! (and stop and start again - 2 complete cycles so far without having to touch it, bump it, drop a bucket of water into it, or empty it all out and rebuild it from scratch, as I had to do all day yesterday and most of today :)

23 minutes to fill and 22 minutes to empty
