Hey, I've only known about aquaponics for the last week and I've pretty much spent every spare hour reading about it since. I know it seems to have really taken off in Australia and I was worried the temps here (I'm in London, England) might cause all sorts of trouble but its nice to see there are a few more brits here than I thought there would be. Anyway, I'm currently designing/setting up a TINY indoor system (20 liter FT) (see, Im 'down with the lingo' and the acronyms already). I live in a fairly small flat with no outdoor space but my lovely parents (15 minutes away by tube) have offered up space in their garden for a larger system when this little one works. Anyway, nice to say hi and thanks, the forum has already been of use to me! Sonny, |

Hi Sonny, While I'm in Texas now, I spent my childhood years growing up in London. Always lived along the Jubilee line. Started out in a flat in Swiss Cottage, then out to Golders Green where we rented a small house. We finished our stay at another flat near Baker Street. Without question, London was the best place I have ever lived....but then again I was not footing the bill back then. Mark |

We met in London - married in London - had three children in London - then left London and escaped to the country and to our Paradise here in North Wales. And have never been happier!

Rupe - I have never had the privilege of living in or visiting AU - If I did I'm sure it would top the list...better? |

My parents are in Golders Green, I lived there for 10 years or something. I'm 'just down the road' now, living in Camden Town. And Welsh Dragon, if I could live in the country I would... But as a photographer, the work is here. Although the girlfriends family own a farm down in Devon... Who knows?... Maybe we'll be there one day. And then you won't be able to MOVE for large AP systems. |

Welcome aboard Sonny I'm sure if you want some help with your AP system you could purchase an airline ticket for a forum member who could provide first hand knowledge and assistance |
