I have recently moved into the Philadelphia area and I have just started reading about aquaponics. I was wondering if anyone out there in the area might have tilapia breeding faster than the need. I would like to get some blue tilapia but all the suppliers I can find have huge min orders and shipping is a killer. Ideally I would like to be able to breed my own supply.

Thanks,

Dave

Dang Dave if you had posted in the Fall you could have had a bunch of mine, but they all passed on when it got cold. These were from Miami Aquaculture in FLA. Janet Pelletier and I shared a shipment. Maybe she has some still? She had a nice little breeding operation set up with them. Maybe you could PM her...
