How ya going people,
A mate of mine was talkin about fish and vege's together a while back, thought he was goin overboard.Since lurkin my ars% off, I've done a 360.I seem to like reading a lot more than talkin and taking what info I need and useing it.Hope that don't sound rude of me,just the way I work. But I know sooner or latter I'm gonna stick my nose in somewhere and even ask a few Q's,like,"What about pumkins and how come no one talks about spuds.
Some time ,soon we hope,in the near future, wer'e sellin up to buy some land and settle for good and will find it difficult/to time consuming to start at the moment but soon as it comes around AP's is on the main list, guess I'll just read and learn alot for now.
Thanks all,regards,
Glenn

Well, Joel (earthbound(god)) gave me a sweet potato cutting, and I planted it. Come winter I pulled it out, and thought that was it.

Later that day while planting some more seedlings, I found the potatoes.

Hydroton and Gravel.

Welcome!!!
Root crops can grow in AP. I've grown some sweet taters in AP as well as a few carrots. The only big roots I've harvested from AP have been from the Jicama though. Our dirt garden has sandy soft soil so I grow most root crops in the dirt garden.
