hello all. I've been lurking for a while now and decided to give this whole AP thing a shot. I'll be looking at a barrelponics type system since i'm a renter, but i'm keen to see what the biggest size system i can get away with is (for portability purposes). For now, thanks for the wealth of information you hage all shared on this forum and looking foward to picking some brains in the future. cheers, trin |

2000 litre fish tank, 500 litre sump tank, 6 - 10 x 1/2 barrels = 60 to 100 fish easily, once cycled. Relatively moveable. |

Hi Trin - I wouldn't necessarily restrict myself to a barrel type system if I were you. I think a big part of the portability question is in the growbed media. Therefore - I'd be inclined to still go with a full size bed (or 2) filled with clay balls. |
