Hi Im new to the forum. I have come here looking for those experienced in setting up larger aquaponics systems who might consider helping us with an exciting project in Thailand. OBJECTIVE: Our aim is set up a filter system for our fishery using in excess of a 100 IBCs set in series. (groups of 3 or 4 tanks) a total footprint for the filter systems could be 300 to 400 sqm of tanks, but this could be built in stages (modular) the idea is to build a system that takes fertlizer rich canal water (fertlizer rich as it has passed thru rice paddies) that in turn passes thru a range of media and grow beds before fllowing into our sport fishery which needs to recieve up to a 150cbm of well filtered water an hour. I am really interested in either seeking volunteers or prfessional advisors (if such people exist?) with knowldge to help us design and build the system. The produce would be used in our restaurant which services 15 to 20 customers a day all year round, so we have a captive audience for the produce we grow. Can anyone here help us? Thanks |
