Hello Everyone.

I'm from Malaysia (presently residing in Selangor) and have just picked up interest in Aquaponics. I intend to build a small Aquaponics system in my garden.

As Aquaponics is new to me, I came here to learn the "how" in order to start my little vegetable garden. :)

Hoping to be up and running soon.

Cheers.

Welcome and the best thing you said is build a SMALL system to start. That is a great way to get started, discover challenges and see if it works well for you. Then you can go large when you get hooked.

Not necessarily. Small systems are much more susceptible to temperature changes and other water conditions swings much more rapidly. Not too mention, they are not very cost effective.
