Hey everyone!

The wife has been wanting me to build raise grow beds, and I missed having fish tanks, so here I am.
Been lurking for a couple years now, gathering data, formulating plans, collecting parts.

This year I set the goal to have it cycling water with some gold fish through the winter and have it ready for next spring. Well on my way, thanks to all the help I've been able to find here. Looking forward to actually being a part of this community :)

I'll make a build post and link it back.

the usually reliable ones have been slow in giving you a welcome !
so....welcome to the forum.

sounds like the perfect mix to keep you and your wife happy...

look at wicking beds in place of raised beds for a little extra for the missus..
never know you might get rewarded for your efforts ;-)

dont bother making another thread...just post your stuff here.
nothing more frustrating than newbies making a new thread for every question :wink:
You will get better feedback keeping it all in one place.

p.s. it will help people giving feedback if you show your state and country in the Location
(there are two location boxes put your country in one - town and state in other)

Hello Maltair, new here myself, sounds like we have a bit in common, I've only just got my system circulating (without fish at the moment) and hope to have it all perfected by spring. KE
