Hello from Texas

My name is Kevin. My wife and I are currently beginning construction on our first aquaponics setup. Yep, we are rank amateurs, lol! We have attended a seminar in Dallas, TX by a large and reputable AQ farm, and have done a lot of research. Now for the fun part!

Our system will be indoors. We plan to have eight 2'x4' grow beds with full spectrum LED lighting. Our tank will match our Sq.Ft. grow area, and will be a simple pipe stand/ timer setup for now. After the initial setup and required break in time we plan to use tilapia as our main fish tank breed.

I have already found some great answers and article links, etc. here! Thanks to the moderators, and all the helpful members. I'm sure we will ask a few rookie questions before this is all over, lol.

For now, I just wanted to introduce us. Thanks for having us!
