A place to discuss aquaponics

Hello,

Fairly new here to this forum and definitely new to aquaponics. I've been researching, reading and watching videos for months and learning as much as I can. Currently I am in a position in life that doesn't allow any practical applications in AP, but am hoping to have my own property in the coming 12 months and will definately be building to start with an AP system that will supply my family with all the vegetables that we can eat.

I am very interested in the commercial applications in aquaponics and reading heaps that it isn't a feasible business model due to high set up cost.

I would love to be able to connect with people here in QLD and Australia that have successfully operated their own systems at home and on a larger community or commercial scale.

I have learnt much already but you can only learn so much from text and videos, I hope that I can learn much more here from the community of people who run systems of a daily basis.

I look forward to chatting with anyone who wishes to do so.
