Hello,

I hope to be a cold-climate, basement-grower, who slays vegetables (with my mouth) while they are fresh. I hope to start building my new system this month. I am impressed by the amount of information on this forum- I am still reading a lot.

That's all for now,
Slay :wave1:

Thanks Scotty. Is it customary to start a thread on my first build right when I start putting it together?

Welcome. Looking forward to seeing where this takes you. Some good designs just waiting to be built.

Thanks Dana.

Are most the members on here from Australia/UK? I'm in the US, but I love hearing about different systems around the world.

Hi Slay & welcome

You can do if you want input. Some people have started with their sketches and ideas, others with their first mock up with the components laid out.

It is much easier to provide input if people can see the setup / issues you are talking about.

FYI - when it comes to time here is how to post pictures > viewforum.php?f=4 (plus other into)

Mostly Australia and US with quite a few more from the rest of the world.

The original BYAP shop (link at top) and webpage hosting is in Perth, Western Australia

But the forum is going 24/7 and always someone on asking and answering questions...

There are quite a few cold area indoor/basement growers around the forum. Just need to browse around.

Hi! we are based in Malta, Europe. Where in the US are you? Our climate is very similar to southern California

PeasUnlimited- I am in North Dakota. Our state is much colder than California. Thanks for chiming in!
