Hey Guys, I live in a small town here in the states, population 112, and I've decided to do my high school Senior Project on Aquaponics. At my school, a senior project is required to graduate and includes a year long project and a ten page paper. I'm really excited for this project as it is something I've been interested in for years but haven't had an excuse to set one up until now. I already have lots of plans for different systems I want to build and even some scientific experiments I want to conduct on things like fish feed rates and food types. I still have a lot to learn and I can't wait to get started! |

That's spectacular! Both that you will be doing aquaponics and that you have to do a year long project to graduate. Don't forget the principle of KISS - Keep it simple. Considering you are in Idaho, at least half of your project time will experience weather too cold for growing. Do you already have a green house? Maybe consider a small set up for indoors? Best of luck to you! |
