Hello everyone!

I am an environmental engineering student from Brazil that is researching about aquaponics, specially media based units. I would like to share with you guys some pics of my system that is running since Feb/15.

Any comment will be really appreciated.

BTW I have learned Aquaponics in Australia, when I was living there.

I was growing Tilapia but... they were stolen! (Third world problems)

They were doing really well, within 5 months 300g heavier. I have a 1000 liters tank. An old fridge as a grow bed.


Thinking about polyculture of carps now, the 4 types in the same tank.

Waiting for the fingerlings...
