Hi there everyone, I live in Phoenix, AZ. I'm am very intruiged by aquaponics and hydroponics. The thing is that I live in a small 1 bedroom apartment and don't have a lot of space for a system. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about how to find the space to start a small / hobby system.

Hi Frap,

Lots of systems hooked up to aquariums for a starter. Doesn't have to be very big to give it a try. If you have a patio or balcony area, that might work as well. I imagine a small system could fluctuate in temperature too much or get too hot without some shade from the sun where you are though.

Temperature wise I'm fairly well off because my balcony is shaded 24/7/365. The only problem is my balcony is shaded 24/7/365 :P
