A place to discuss aquaponics

Hello all! We are the University of Calgary aquaponics club, the very first at the UofC and we are very excited to get started building our own system on campus. We're really excited to get started and have been met with just as much excitement from the student body and the staff. We hope we can use this forum to learn more about aquaponics if we have some questions or need advice We just received space in the greenhouse to build it and now fundraising, entering contests and applying for grants to build our system.

If we win we will receive 5000 dollars to build our system and we plan to donate half of the money to Community Garden's for Homeless! We are currently in third place but think we can make it to the top by October 31st when the contest ends. We hope we can have your votes to support us in bringing aquaponics to the biggest university in Calgary!

All we had was "The Beer Appreciation Society" when I was studying. (Yep, that was largely engineering students).
Hope it all goes swimmingly for you all.
