I have been following this forum for a while, and would like to thank the members for all the valueble advice shared. I come come from a farming background (vineyards and wheat) and lived on farms all my life, until March, when I moved to a flat an apartment in the city, when I discovered aquaponics. I think this may have saved my life. I run a small flood and drain AP system (+/- 100 liters) on my balcony with tilapia rendali and my first harvest of lettuce, cauliflower and spinach was great.
