Am new here and am trying to find information before starting my own project.

I am am not even sure where I will be doing this yet as I have homes in Ireland and also in the south of France.

The conditions in France are probably much better but at the same time I would enjoy the challenge of doing something in Ireland. It may sound silly but if I could create something in Ireland that will give me some of the possibilities that I have in France for growing vegetables and as well as this have fish as a bi product I would be very happy. The fish would either be as a food source or otherwise something like Koy carp which I could sell to garden centers etc.

I have looked at a few of the discussions on this forum already and they are very interesting so thank you.
