Hello all, I am an Englishman living in Texas (You Aussies on here will help a pom though right?) I have had a dabble with some hydroponics using the aerogarden, but like a lot of people mostly my gardening has been the traditional way. I have been busy reading as much as I can on AP, but just like everyone else who has started on a new venture I am full of more questions than answers. I currently live in an apartment, so I am looking to put together just a small AP set up on my balcony. Not sure whether to go in to detail on my plan here, or if there is a more suitable area to post. Just wanted to say hello and that I am very impressed with the level of knowledge and equally important the amount of help offered by forumites. Cheers |

Welcome Dale! Start a Member's system thread and post whatever you like about what you are thinking of doing and we'll jump in and help. The best way of learning is to get started on a small system soon. |

Thanks for the welcome. I will set up a thread in the members system area soon. I must warn you though mine is going to be very small and basic and will look terrible compared to some of those awesome systems! still, we all have to begin somewhere though right? and I'd prefer to make my mistakes small and cheap lol Helomech - I am in Austin, but my wife is from East Texas. I looked in on your thread, and you have done an amazing job! |

Welcome. How long have you and your partner been in Texas? She, from birth... no doubt, but I'm always curious. I'm a native Las Vegan, and there aren't many of us... |

I have been in Texas over a decade but listening to me you'd think I came over yesterday! My little boy is 100% Austinite though |

Hi, we lived in Austin for four years. Love it there! My hubby has family there. We are 60 mil outside of Las Vegas. |
