Yank from Gainesville Florida. Ran across a video (yours) on IBC use. Found a supplier and the lady was quite helpful. She will provide a used frame with new plastic liner for $190. Hope to get the initial set up completed within 3 months with fish (blue talapia from the Talapia Depot in St Augustine Florida as well.....I am doing conventional meter and a half square gardening as well.

Welcome on board GGG. Once you get the AP bug there's no stopping you.
