I've been reading forum for a while now... thank you to all who have posted and shared their knowledge.
I am learning from all of you. I am new to aquaponics,, never had fish or garden before, other then a few tomatoes in pots....

Well I'm from the Livingston area of Texas. I've had my system up and running for about a year. It's definitely an eye opener. Some things I've done well on,,, and had trouble with other things.
approx. 1000 gallon tank. (actually 8-10 person hot tub turned into fish tank) partially sunk in ground under cover.

Had 4 IBC grow beds, have only 3 now for FT, I coverted one to dirt bed as experiment.

1 1/2 H.P. motor continuously running (24/7)
I think this could be smaller, probably overkill

Pump supplies to all 3 beds, with bell siphons, and drains to commons lines back to Fish tank.
and pumps water to pvc line over FT for aeration.

Have two bio filters that I made in bottom of tank to gather most of sludge off bottom.
(was an experiment to see if they would work,,, and they really do)

I'll attach pics soon, but the first question is that my plants seem to be growing well, when you walk into the garden, it's like a jungle, but my plants do not seem to be producing much fruit.
Are my plants not getting what they need to produce?

Welcome.
Seams you have done well there. Every one here likes pictures!
What kind of fish? What do you feed them?
Read about Azomite, it might be the ticket for you.
What are the plants?
