I am currently in the planning/stressing stage, as I hope to tackle both building a 20 x 50 hoop house & also a decent sized ap system. I've played around with small scale hydro/aero for the past couple of years, and this is where I've landed. Crazy how these hobbies turn into obsessions. Anyhoo, I'll post another thread with what I've got planned & such.

Stressing already? :laughing3: You are now in the wonderful planning stage which is without consequences. So no stress is needed.

Excitement is allowed though. :thumbleft:

Here's a couple pics of what I've got going so far. I scored the 1500 gallon tank for free. Father-in-law discount. :) It contained orange hand cleaner as you can see the remanence in the pic. Measured 11.5' long, 5.5 feet in diameter before I cut it in half. I want to bury the tanks about half way into the ground for thermal benefits, and so I can actually see/reach into them. Not sure if I want to use the tanks on seperate systems, or together. I could fill a page with "not sure abouts", so I'll stop while I'm ahead. Really hoping to get some help along the way, as this is the biggest project I've ever done out of hobby. Should be an awesome journey. Thanks for viewing!
