Years of aquariums, ponds and gardening have led to this I suppose. Lot's of ideas that I'm tinkerin' with. Can't wait to see how it all turns out.

Welcome Galt!

There is another member in Towson, I work in Columbia, hoping to move to Frederick this year.

Set up a member thread when you start up a system, or to show the other projects you have too.

Hey guys,

My youngest son Trent and his family live in Frederick. The wife and I are planning to go out there after I retire in May. Maybe drop in for a visit? We haven't settled on dates yet.

Sure, PM me when you get closer, I hope our house has sold by then! Just went up for sale this week.

Way cool. I'm retarded, er, ahhh retired... so I just play all day (according to da wife).

I'm just across the reservoir from Towson, maybe a five to ten minute schlep. We used to own a deli out in Columbia on Red Branch Rd. Have a lot of business associates all over Howard County.

Spring is not a very social time for me, too much to do in too short a time. We also just started keeping chickens and ducks, might be adding a goose and who knows what else, so I'm also in the coop, pen, run and fence building mode all at once, while trying to train our dogs to herd and not squash or chew the poultry. For relaxation I go to the landfill everyday to shovel compost, or out to the stables to shovel, ahhh ... fertilizer. Was supposed to set up for bees this year as well, AND I've got a strip kayak that I'm supposed to have finished by May (takes about 400 hours and I haven't cut the first strip yet)

Yeah... retirement's the life for me. Haven't played a single round of golf yet. So much for the best laid plans of man. I've never worked so hard in my life. ;)

I'm thinkin' I might as well sell the damn clubs... :)
