hi everyone, im rich i have known about aquaponics for a couple of years and i am sat next to a mini setup in my lounge with goldfish...must be working as the peppers i sprouted are growing...very slowly but not as slow as the ones upstairs in compost. So i am building an outdoor setup (chift pist) , i am not working at the moment so i have to buy a piece at a time...i have 1 tank, a pump and a timer...yet to get growbeds and sump tank. I intend to stock with trout and i have registered myself as an aquatic holding to enable me to do this with CEFAS...apparently i have to ask the environment agency to move trout so i will give them a ring i really want trout as i think they are lovely fish.

good luck with finding growbeds and sump tank and putting your setup together. I'm also putting mine together piece by piece. Think it's a good way to attack the monster, since there are so many considerations to take into account.
