I'm not sure if I have said Hi yet but I jumped on this forum as I'm milling over starting an aquaponics system (1300 gals). So I've made an account on the forum but don't know if I posted cause I'm absorbing information that says do it and other information that says maybe I'm a bit over my head.

But so far the concept is talking to me.

Yeah... do it! Post all the questions you want here. There are plenty of people that will set you straight. What city do you live in? I'm in Salinas, just south of Monterey.

I live in Woodlake, 20 miles East of Visalia, and 55 miles east of Fresno, and Bakersfield is roughly 65 miles to the south of me, takes me 2 hrs to get to Monterey. That reminds me I gotta start working on my boat so I can go catch me some COD out there by Monterey (just got back from buying 2300 lbs of Compost!).
