Greetings from Piemonte, Italy.....finally after two years as AP anonimuos follower i am here to say hello to you all....and THANKS for the huge help all the BYAP members gave me to understand and to fall in love with this aquaponic world.....
I say sorry in advance for all the mistakes i'll make for sure writing in english but i'm very proud to be part of this big group of AP pioneers and lovers.
In Italy the right words to explain aquaponics and you all is "Circolo Virtuoso" something like getting better thanks each others....plants, people, fishes, bacteria as a whole recirculating system....simply like nature teach us everyday.
I'm going to put up some pics of my small test system in the member's systems section in few days so i can learn more and more from your opinions!

I see only one other member here from Italy (sonnyczar) and i do hope to find more people from Spain too, as i'm planning to move there in few months!!
I'm sure the aquaponic bug will grow exponentially here in europe when someone like us will start to show their system to others....my personal target is to promote the AP as much as possible!
I know this is a silent revolution against the junk food industry.....and i'm a happy soldier!

I'm italian too, from the South!
I discovered acquaponic few months ago... and I want to lear more, so I've just joined this forum, cause it seems to be excellent about acquaponic.
I hope I'll do a little acquaponic garden (as test) very soon, so I could do a lager one later.
Well, my doubt is about the tools. Can you find anything here in Italy (in this case, where?) or do you have to pick up the everything elsewhere?

benissimo, vedo che e contagioso AP, io vivo a londra e il mio sistema funziona da 5 mesi ormai, uso diversi metodi come: NFT, Dripping, Ebb and Flow, Run to waist( scusate ma sono emigrato da 15 anni e i miei studi oramai sono in inglese, e non vi saprei tradurre letteralmente alcune abbreviazioni).
Sto allevando trote salmonate e una grande varieta di insalate, erbe e vegetali. (vedi foto)

TRANSLATION: well done, I can see..AP it's contogious, I'm living in london and my system it has been working for 5 months so far, I'm using different methods like: NFT, Dripping, Ebbs and Flow, run to waist(could not translate this in italian as I've been living in UK for 15 years and my study where in english)
I'm raising rainbow trout witha wide variety of herbs, lettuces and vegetables(see pics)
