Hi guys so glad to join you all on here. I live in Stawell Southern Australia. in the cooler region. I have only been researching Aquaponics for a short while & look forward learning in knowledge & hopefully experience the joys & rewards of AP. You all seem to be Pro's so please go easy on me & judging from all the reading I've done in the forums, your quite a friendly bunch that really bring on the support advice & guidance when needed! That's pretty encouraging. My husband & I will be using: 1 14ft 8x8x 2ft Greenhouse Polypanelled, topped with a Greenshade to prevent overheating. 4 vents, double front sliding doors & a back Louvre window for good air circulation for the Hot Summer months. We will use 'The IBC System' 1000L Totes cut out x2 FT & x2 GB x2 3600LPH Sub/Pumps I have found this is probably the cheaper & simpler way for us, a family of four to go. Hi shazandgaz! Welcome to the forum! Yup, have to admit you cant beat an IBC set-up for cheap and easy... we just dismantled 3 x 2 tier tanks today and were discussing the fact that it was such a good idea to use them as they are so easy to do things with if you need to modify anything - especially as we hadnt glued any of our drainage which made it all the more simple to pull apart and put back together. Sounds like a nice greenhouse BTW! Hope you have fun with your AP Addiction If you have any queries about anything just do a search... this is definitely the best site for all things AP! Cheers! G'day Netab32, Be great to see your system once its finished, pretty exciting isn't it! Yup, I can see this becoming quite life changing project, not just for us but can't wait to bless others with such delish produce!! Hi Shaz and welcome You are not far from me at Horsham so if you are ever over this way you are welcome to come visit. I have 3 different systems running and all slightly different Start a system thread in the members systems room and post heaps of pics cause we loooove pics
