hi earthbound thank you again for this link ,,,i was letting my imagination run away with me ,with ponds and polly tunnels ,and have decided to go with a set up very much like your brothers ,,,i know where i can pick up a tank just like your brother used ,,,i will see how this goes before my big dream system ,,,walk then run ,,,thanks again

Welcome aboard Salty
The forum is worth it's weight in gold.
As Redbeard advised go with the liner (I would recommend EPDM) you will have far less problems
Put up a quick sketch of your ideas and I'm sure you will get plenty of useful guidance from the more experienced members.
Start small and "just do it" thats how you learn and enjoy what is a great hobby/pastime
