Tony, yes, I have yet another interest/hobby which is a chilli information site (www.chillies-down-under.com). Thanks for the offer of the fruit & seeds (you too, mal5000) but I'm abundantly stocked in that area.

MrOrange - yep looking forward to it - sorta increases the risk though as it's a double kick-back if something goes wrong.

Now, I have a question - where's the best place to start a thread on my system for adding updates and questions as I go along ?

Cheers for the chilli link Nigel, I have subscribed, I am addicted to them Went up to the Chilli festival a few weeks ago, we were a bit disappointed as we got their around an hour after opening and it was Chockers, can't believe so many people are in to chilli's, after 2 hours of trying to sample and buy and getting pushed around by the crowd, we gave up, great concept though but in a spot as big as Araluen it could have been spread out a bit more But tried some mixture made by Death Sauce after sculling a bottle of water and eating half a plate of Cucumber (I hate Cucumber) my mouth went from a humongous fireball to a hot numb feeling for the next 2 hours, man that was hot. But will catch you on the chilli site no doubt
