What's the purpose of the filter tank positioned after the GB? You've got 2000L of FT, but how much of GB?

I'm not a fan of connecting tanks at the bottom, I'd be preferring to interconnect the two FTs by usin a SLO.

Unless you plan on doing something special with the solids, I would just ditch the extra filter, and use that space for more growbed. They are effective at filtering out the solids. Also, I would look into Affnan siphons over bell. Most of the anti siphon crowd stopped using them before our Malaysan friend invented the improvement.
