Hello,

I'm brand new to aquaponics but had some experience with hydroponics years ago though it wasn't very enjoyable. I live in Clarksville TN which is on the Kentucky/Tennessee border just 45 minutes North West of Nashville TN.

Just finished my first system consisting of a 27 gallon fish tank and two 10 gallon media beds. This forum has been my biggest source of information and I thought it was time to register and possibly ask some questions...

Currently cycling with a couple 15 cent goldfish and testing and waiting for the rest of the party to show up in the grow beds. Also, I know its late in the season here for many plants but I don't want to wait till next season so I'm looking at winter plants and possibly a tank heater if the temperature drops too low.
