I became a little interested in Aquaponics a couple of years ago. I mulled it over for a while and finally decided to see what I could find out about it.

I'm still in the planning stages and need to the local bookstore for a couple of books on the subject.

I'd really like to meet up with any Aquaponic enthusiasts in or around the Little Rock, AR area.

Dude, welcome,
I poked around on the net for a couple of nights and found so many free books (some from this site) and info that from seeing the concept to having a finished system was about a month.

It's going like a bomb.

Thanks Mr. Python. It definitely is an interesting hobby. With a family of 6 I thought it might be worth looking into as a way to possibly cut costs at the market. We all love fish and my boys can sure put it away!
I should probably start with a small set up to get some hands on experience, however the smaller system, it would appear, is going to cost more than the larger system I have in mind, lol. Though having a back up system can't be a bad thing.

I have found it somewhat addictive and seem to be constantly adding.
I have been resisting the urge to build another but think SWAMBO might replace me.
