Hi to all,

Just now starting up a small system in our dome greenhouse.

2 x I.B.C. fish tanks.

2.4m x 0.6m grow bed, will add some vertical columns later.

200 litre Sump tank.

All 12v from photovoltaic using cheapie bilge pumps, timers and
PWM speed controllers.



Pic below of the growbed. I'm trying out different media.
Foreground small pots is vermiculite / perlite mix.

Then cotswold chippings. They're gone now as I didn't realize
they were limestone and the P.H. went to 8.4!

Hydroton further on. Although I just read that they can give
problems with EC levels. What's EC levels?
