A place to discuss aquaponics

hi,
my name is Linus, I'm 19 years old and I'm from Germany.
There isn't much aquaponic in Germany, it started here in the last years, but we have some aquaponic systems and also a small aquaponic forum (of wich I'm a proud "Senior Member").
At the age of 15, I built my own small system with a IBC fishtank and a 700l growbed.

This year, I finished school and at the moment, I'm doing a placement at a company that builds indoor shrimp farms.

In January 2014 I'll go backpacking to Australia and I would like to learn as much as possible about aquaponics. It would be really nice if I could visit you all and your systems.

And of course, like every backpacker I need a job to earn money for travelling. If you know some place where I could work in a aquaculture or aquaponic farm, please contact me

Sounds like a fun trip. Welcome to the forum and your English is fine. I spent 2 years in Germany and loved it there. I was near Ansbach.
