Rupert, you are right and I shall keep my hands off the Boron/Borax, definitely!
There might be positives but the negatives are just too many.
In future I will be more careful before mentioning anything in my posts.

And the as such is valid Gran... and Borax an appropriate treatment.... for soil....

When it comes to a recirculating system with fish in it... especially if destined for consumption... our choices are a lot more constrained... :wink:
