Hi guys,

My name is Richard and I live in South Africa and recently built a greenhouse to house some of my aquatic plants.

I am a total noob when it comes to Aquaponics but I like the concept and I am wondering if it will work for my aquatic plant greenhouse? Are there any threads on here of anyone who has done so? Sorry, the search function brings back A LOT of threads :P

Anyways, hope to learn lots from everyone! :)

Sorry, we missed your post!

Ive seen plants grown in fish tanks etc, Ive seen a program on tv once of a Koi farm that used only aquatic plants for the removal of Nitrates but I can remember what was used for solids removal etc.

You could definately incorporate AP into your GH.

Hi Richard, any chance of posting up some photos, it is much easier to understand that a description sometimes and we love photos. Have to warn you though, once you start with aquaponics, there is no turning back :lol:
