DW has kindly given her permission for me to host this years Summer BBQ event for all Melbournians and any fellow Byapers wishing to visit from afar.
The best date for me would be Saturday 21/11/09
Please advise of availability and feel free to discuss a date change should I have picked poorly

I'll still be in Warrnambool then, but I dont know my work roster that far ahead. I'll see if I can convince the other half

I'd love to come. We have a lot on that month but will try and work it out.

The only way I will be able to attend a BYAP meet will be to host one myself again... seeing as my barra are about 9 to 10 months from plate size its going to be a long wait!

How much piss ya got in the fridge... we can wait for the food...

Going to Tassie, so it's a bit tight on the way, but on the way back we are kidless, so there is a bit more time

So everybody's happy with the date? No controversy, arguments or pleas to have it changed. Wow I'm either very lucky with the date I chose or those who can't make it just don't care.

It's really good to see such a response early on. I hope we might get a few more ppl though.
