I need help. I have practical completion on my BFG of IBC systems MKII. Photos will be coming shortly. Anyway. I have a continuous running pump and i want half my GBs on flood and drain. Originally I was going to use an irrigation setup - solenoids and a control box. Then I read they have problems handling dirty water. So I started looking at swimming pool divertor valves . I talked to Aleece in the US about the stuff she makes up - which looks good but is set up for 110v. She suggested I source locally (Perth) but one hour of research just shows me how freaking expensive it is here - $260 just for the actuator! So anyone else been there done that? Some advice would be really good. Parameters: I have 50mm gravity feed line running about 5000lph to 12 IBC GBs. They are setup in 4 rows of 3 - pretty easy for me to change to 2 banks of 6 and/or 40mm. |

Hi Tgmitchell, why don't you just convert all the GB's to F&D then you could use a timer on the pump at say, 30 min on/ 60 min off and save 2/3 rds of your power bill to boot? |
