Hi ,
I got some Macrobrachium Jardini delievered today(I was told I would be supplied Australiensis) , anyone has any idea how big these grow , I have googled a lot and I couldn't find anything on macrbrachium Jardini, plenty on other macrobrachium species.
Any one can help me find some way of getting hold of some macrbrachium Rosenbergii.
Thanks

Thanks CC bear
but I dont think the link is correct(unintentional mistake I understand).

Before I joined this forum I actually had a read through some of the conversations on the forum centred on Macrobrachium , but all participants failed to get it from Neil at Aquablue seafoods for he does not keep them anymore , I ended up buying 14 of the juveniles (10 bucks each, such a killer price for 6-7 cm sizes) from an aquarium shop , but they are the Macro Jardini, which may be smaller than the macro Rosenbergii or the malcolmsii(whatever), these however may be close to australiensis .Do they breed in ponds ??
I have given yabbies a go , 2 survivors out of seven (now alteast they are evenly matched one male and one female) , dont know what went wrong !!
so I will keep the two as pets ,what can I do more with them , just not my cuppa tea, I have heard many experts failed too, leaves me with no hope!

I hope every one else is having better luck than me .
