For those that are going to the summer meet next Saturday i recommend you go Early and go to garden world spring vale road to see Jim far the auto pot mans setup he has some magnificent fish in glass tanks there's also a cafe where you can grab a snack

Doesnt look like I will be able to make it. Eldest daughter has got into the state volleyball team and we are going to have a lot of weekends away etc. So finances aint gonna stretch

Just a remainder that the meet is on, as far as I know, and it’s this coming Saturday.

The Weather Forecast looks much better than few days ago,
Let’s be optimistic and hope they don’t get it wrong again.
In any case, rain or scorching sun, we have enough undercover space.

Today picked a carton of local brew, right at the front of the pile,
seemed different and not as heavy as I expected.
Back home I had a better look and realised that it must be the ladies range.
Never seen the stubbies that small.

When on holiday in Czech rep. the smallest one they have is ½ litre size.
Have a good laugh at my expense.

Hi F&F and all, not an exact number but mid 30, counting myself and family, and the young ones.

Re that carton of mini stubbies , not the only ones to be had, not to worry. Not too much.

So how big are the stubbies? Hard to get them a decent size nowadays, most of them are down to 330ml..

Just half the proper size, 250 ml only

Sorry guys, wont be able to make it Saturday.

Have to drive down to Bendigo tomorrow to pick up a couple of FTs and GBs, (will probably be a 12 hour round trip), then head back as we have to be available here on Friday, (plus we have to return the trailer)...and, to be honest...dont really fancy having to drive another 7 hours Saturday to get there... so decided to bite the bullet and spend the cash we would have used on accommodation, food and alcohol from coming down to catch up with you lot.... on finally buying some fish!

Both really disappointed, but living in hope that one day there will be an Australian Aquaposium where all members are compulsarily required to attend...

Hope the day is a blast... and post some details (and pics) if you can after the event... please?
