This is a flower off a Caper bush that I thought I had lost ( the dog used it for launching pad to get over the fence and now it grows rather flat!) good to know that it is hanging in there.

The forgotten watermain plagues system #2's beginning.
With high temps of 36'-38'C, blooms fail to set and the tomato foliage becomes food for this fat guy.

The tomato flower on the left looks like it has a face, very beautiful indeed.

Tomato Hornworm. Very ravenous decimator of tomato vines and fruit.
Their bum is even freakier, with a false stinger. See here : http://www.oznet.ksu.edu/dp_hfrr/extens ... rnworm.htm

Hey Nocky,

My wife is learning about natural dyes and how to dye natural fabrics. She wants to grind your Marron up to see if the blue would work as a dye.
