It's probably still there... is under IE10... in the top banner...

For some reason in my Firefox.... the banner is shunted to the right.. virtually out of view...

My IE10 at work is doing funky things like Roz mentioned but now at home I think my Mac was just having a spaz. Working fine from iPad now on same Internet.

Ahh the joys.... Yes most things have been down for a bit over 24 hours, our hosting suppliers technical support took about 24 hours to look into things once the basic support people realized they couldn't fix it..

Tech support came back this morning saying:
Quote:
Mysql on the server is fine. The issue with this site is in how the mysql user is configured.

Basically suggesting that I needed to update some details in the server back end... Pass, problem solved..

NOT..

So I got back onto support this morning suggesting that this would be fine, except that I couldn't log into the back end of the server to change anything because it was throwing errors..

Ohh, yes, I see, right we'll have to raise a ticket and pass it onto technical support again... Unfortunately they have an extremely large backlog so it will be quite delayed.. Ahhhhhhhh...

Luckily, they got onto it quickly this time around, and....

Quote:
We apologize for any inconvenience. It appears as though MySQL was in an unresponsive state. This appears to be due to your container reaching the memory limit, prompting the VPS host node to begin terminating high memory consumptive processes. Of the processes killed, MySQLd appears to be repeating. We have installed our server system logging mechanism which will provide us with additional insight as to the cause of the memory consumption. Please let us know should this issue return so we can investigate further.

So hopefully, where's the fingers crossed smiley, we should be right... :shifty:

Their first response to you was absolute BS.

It wasn't the configuratio, mysql wasn't running. The bloody error message told us that. Pick up your game support!

Standard first level help desk response... "it must be something at your end"...

Telstra Bigpond are a classic example...

Hi
Got this message :

Oooopps.......!

It seems that we are having a few problems with the forum and website at the moment. Please be patient, we have support on the case working to fix it at the moment.

Take this opportunity to go out and play with your aquaponics system if you have one. If you don't have a system, try checking out the IBC of aquaponics website for more aquaponics information. Visit the IBC of Aquaponics Site

Or visit theBackyard Aquaponics Facebook page
I'm sure things will be back up soon.. (edit) Yeah I know.... It's still down and it's been a long time now.. Ahhh, not a whole day without forum access. Support are being very slow to act.
